With Memberconnex there is choice, and we would be happy to discuss what works best for your organization. How long will it take to get everything up and running?Things can happen very quickly. The software can actually be installed within 48 hours. Typically though, organisations choose a more moderate speed to "roll out" their Memberconnex system. On average, Organizations choose to take 6- 8 weeks to reach a situation referred to as "go live". How much IT involvement is required?With a self service Memberconnex MRM, there is no software or hardware to install or maintain. Your IT department or supplier just needs to ensure you have a great internet connection. What kind of support do you offer?Memberconnex customers are well supported with manuals, training, email and telephone support. What types of organizations use Memberconnex?Memberconnex is targeted at professional Associations, Industry Bodies, Business Associations and Professional Organizations.

What technical skills will my staff need to use Memberconnex?Memberconnex is based on a simple web browser model, which means the tools to use it will be just like the tools you use accessing the internet and on your PC. Staff with moderate computer skills find Memberconnex simple to use. If you have large graphical content on your current site, it might be useful to have someone with image manipulation skills on board. How do we get our current member data into Memberconnex?Memberconnex has great data migration tools. We can bring data into Memberconnex through a variety of sources. Memberconnex provides a migration area where data can be checked, de-duped and tidied before 'going live' on your new site. How do we purchase Memberconnex?Contact us and we will connect you to your nearest Memberconnex representative. What sort of reports come standard with Memberconnex?Over 40 standard reports covering all areas, including membership management, financial transactions, website and portal usage. All reports can be displayed on screen, printed and exported to MSXL Can we create our own custom reports?Yes, Memberconnex comes with advanced report writing tools. Your IT department can create custom reports or our customer service team can create them for you. Is our data completely secure?Absolutely. Your data is stored in our secure datacenter and protected by state of the art firewalls and multiple layers of physical security. Will Cyberglue use or access our data for any other purposes?Absolutely not. The integrity of your data and the privacy of your members are fiercely protected. Does Memberconnex get regular software upgrades?Yes, these are included as part of your On Demand/SaaS subscription.
